25 on Catherine is situated just outside of the busy city of Pretoria. The venue consists of an 8-bedroom guest house. We provide first-class rooms for travelers from all over the globe. Whether you are a wedding guest at a venue nearby or traveling for work – we’ve got you covered with a comfortable stay. 25 on Catherine is perfect for special events such as kitchen teas, baby showers, family events and so much more. For functions, we can provide catering (outcourcing to trusted caterers), or you can do it yourself (only when all the rooms are booked). We have a lovely braai area, with a view on the swimming pool and gardens.

The Story of 25 on Catherine
Early in 2019, two close friends decided to take the giant leap of faith and do something that they have always dreamed of – pursuing the art of hospitality. They came across a delightful property in the east of Pretoria, just outside the busy city, yet close enough to amenities and popular venues. 25 on Catherine was born from Dark Chocolate Guest House, which provided the building blocks for the two friends’ new endeavor.
The venue has eight comfortable rooms. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and to ensure that our guests are comfortable, relaxed, and pampered.

Our Standard rooms come with either a king or single beds and are perfectly equipped for traveling couples or friends. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, television with Netflix, a work desk and chair, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.

Classic Double Rooms come with either a king or 2 single beds. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioning unit, free Wi-Fi, television, a small desk and chair, a wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. Perfect choice for couples.
Family Room

This huge triple room features a king-size bed and 1 single bed. The family room is located on the first floor and has access to a shared balcony which overlooks the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and private toilet.
