This stylish villa is meters away from the Indian Ocean and offers a peaceful holiday in a spectacular setting. There is no better way to watch a sunset or the whales frolicking in the bay ahead. It has been designed in such a way to take full advantage of these breath-taking views. 38 on Westcliff offers a unique service from booking your holiday activities, packing a picnic, booking at one of our local restaurants or even doing your holiday grocery shopping allowing you to just sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday. The living area is open plan with a beautiful lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto two terraces. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with both bedrooms having access onto their own balcony, which boasts gorgeous views of the sea. The family bedroom upstairs has a double bed and two single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There are a further four bedrooms downstairs, on one which opens onto the pool, one off the kitchen/ dining area and the other two off the braai room/ lounge area. Bedrooms: • Family bedroom upstairs (sleeps four people) King bed and 2 three quarter with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) opens onto private terrace • Bedroom 5 upstairs (sleeps two) - King Bed with en-suite shower and toilet opens onto private terrace • Bedrooms 4-1 downstairs (sleeps two per room) King bed - en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) – Please note it is suited in residential area therefore noise after 10pm is not allowed.
