This 2-level stylish apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with stunning views out to sea. The main loft bedroom is en-suite and opens out onto an open balcony with dramatic views of the ocean. The downstairs bedroom is smaller and situated at the back of the ground floor of the apartment and does not have a view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom two single beds that can also be set up as a king size on request. All beds are dressed in the best quality white pure cotton linen. The kitchen is designed to entertain and fully equipped with a large double door fridge to hold ample stocks for long stays. The hob is gas and oven electric and there is a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer combination for guests’ convenience. In addition to the communal braai area there is a Weber gas braai on the open front balcony within the apartment. The apartment is equipped with fast unlimited Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with a full bouquet DSTV. The Resort has two large swimming pools and a kiddie’s pool and an extensive entertainment area with braai facilities and seating for guest use. Directly downstairs you will find two world-class fine dining restaurants, Bel Punto and Mundo Vida. There is also The Bush Tavern (the friendly local bar and restaurant) and Manta Cafe, a bright open beach style coffee shop. Umdloti beaches are very user friendly and the swimming area is patrolled by lifeguards and protected with shark nets. There are a myriad of inshore tidal pools to explore at low tide and the Umdloti Beach Tidal Pool system is a quick walk up the beach. The whales arrive anytime from late April and the sardines arrive around July each year.

From July to November, the whales will give you a constant show out front. Dolphins abound all year long. If you are a fisherman then Umdloti is the place. Great rock and surf angling and paddle ski fishing.

Umdloti beaches are very user-friendly. Great surfing, diving and swimming. There is a beautiful tidal pool to the north and lifesavers are on duty at two points on the beach to keep an eye on bathers.
