This Italian Styled Villa has beautiful mountain views and situated in a quiet part of Fish Hoek. Children by special request only. The Lapa offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your well-earned holiday in the sun. The Lapa overlooks the solar heated swimming pool, with sun lounges inviting you to do some sun bathing, but don't forget the lotion. The beautiful staircase in a double volume hallway provides access to the bedrooms. Please note that we do not accept arrivals or departures on Christmas day(25th December) or New Years Day (31st December).

Whilst the Villa is close to the beach and Fish Hoeks central business district our location enables to you visit all Cape Town has to offer as we within 40 miniutes drive of 99% of cape Towns attractions.

This spacious room offers guests the luxury of either twin or king-size bed with a private juliette balcony. The Kalk Bay Room boasts a lounge area and second bathroom for guest's comfort. Each room has Charlotte Rhys Toiletries for guests to enjoy.
