Fish Hoek is situated on the warmer False Bay Coast, surrounded by many wonderful safe beaches, quaint fishing villages with lovely antique and local shops. Enjoy fresh Fish & Chips at the harbour. In the other direction is another delightful village with a waterfront section and other local fish restaurants. Stop off just before to visit the Gemstone Factory.
The popular Boulders Beach, has the world famous Penquin Colony.
Along the scenic coastal road to Cape Point Nature Reserve, where Two Oceans meet. Enjoy an exhilarating ride in the funicular, a meal at the restaurant and take home a memento of your adventures from one of the curio shops.
From there along the beautiful coastal drive to Misty Cliffs, Scarborough & into Kommetjie, a famous surfers paradise. Stop off for tea and scones or a glass of our fine wine en-route!
Kommetjie, a popular fishing village, has awesome sea and mountain views across to Hout Bay. Be taken on a leisurely boat trip to Whale Watch or catch your own tunny for supper with the experienced Tour Guide, Alan or for the daring perhaps a shark cage diving trip. For the energetic we have a famous and well known Golf Course (Clovelly) five minutes drive away.
Watch and assist with the trekking boats coming into the bay and buy direct from the boats. Bird watching, wonderful hiking in the fynbos reserves.
We have a few special Farm Villages for homemade produce, African Crafts & Ethnic Clothing. Visit the studios of talented local artists. Let the kids have a Donkey and Camel ride, see the Snake park, Ostriches, Buffalo. Let the kids romp at the playground so Dad & Mom can have a leisurely meal.
