Absolute Leisure Cottages
Absolute Leisure Cottages consists of two neighbouring properties in the village of Machadodorp. Machado House is a grand Victorian home named after Paul Kruger's raiway surveyor, General Joachim Machado. The house has been divided into three separate self contained units sleeping up to ten people in double bedrooms. Units take their names from the history of Machadodorp: BaKoni, Geluk and EnTokozweni. Machado House is elegantly furnished in the old Victorian style of the late 1800s, and each bathroom has both a legged bath and a shower for the convenience and comfort of our guests. The whole of Machado House can be booked for a group get together, and the locked doors separating units can be opened to make a 10 bed party venue. Just One More Cast Cottages is a complex of four cottages accommodating up to 16 people. This ‘Boere Maak ‘n Plan’ complex offers two couple cottages, one family cottage and one four bedroomed cottage with eight beds. Interiors are country style and each cottages’ name is derived from a local fishing fly: Duckworths Dargle Delight, Wickhams Fancy, Blue Dunn and Cats Whisker.

This accommodation is found in the quaint, unspoilt village of Machadodorp, situated just off the N4 Maputo Corridor, an easy two and a half hour drive from Gauteng.
