Airport Bird & Game Lodge
Although situated a mere 10 km north of Johannesburg International Airport, the secluded Airport Game Lodge combines the solitude of the African bush with the convenience of modern-day living. The lodge is ideally located for business and leisure travelers passing through Johannesburg. We offer Complimentary Airport shuttle service. Some rooms may not have TV’s due to pending room upgrades. Kindly enquire with Reception when making your booking Owing to its location the lodge is the perfect start or end to any African tour. Airport Game Lodge is furthermore ideally situated for travelers with early departures or late arrivals. It is also suitable for day visitors - day rooms are available between connecting flights - as well as travelers wanting a 'home base' while exploring the treasures of Southern Africa. Comfortable accommodation is provided in well-appointed rooms in a landscaped garden, overlooking the untouched bush and Rietvlei stream. Each room comes complete with a shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, a safe for valuables, tea and coffee station, bar fridge (n some rooms), and free Wi-Fi which allows virtually unlimited viewing on any personal device. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the lodge. A luggage and car storage facility is available. At Airport Game Lodge we are striving to an eco-friendly green environment, switching over to solar geysers, energy saver lighting, recycling, linen and towels washed with biodegradable detergents. Our conference venue is ideally located for delegates wanting to meet close to the airport. The Conference Centre is situated on the ground floor of a double-storey, air-conditioned thatch venue. Located in a quiet, landscaped, open area. We can accommodate 30 delegates in U-shape style. Standard equipment is available: whiteboard and markers, flip-chart and markers, screen, writing pads and pens, mints, and water. Data projector, screen and PA System available on request. Stay for a few days and do some exclusive tours which are based right here at Airport Game Lodge. Our Garden restaurant serves Breakfast daily - Lunch and Dinner orders are to be placed at reception.
