The building itself has a grand history, being one of the first in the town of Caledon, and the facade, which is a national monument, overlooks Donkin Street. There is a huge balcony where one can spend lazy afternoons reading or sipping tea. Athenian Villa has secure underground parking. Please note that the Athenian Villa has a flight of stairs leading to the rooms.
