Whether you’re here for a quick stopover on your way to Botswana, a guest at a wedding, or business in the area, or just here for a visit away from the city make Baobab Lane Lodge you’re home away from home *This famous Baobab Driveway was planted in 1933 and has become well known throughout South Africa. It has been featured in several books about the trees of Southern Africa and they have even been featured in a few folk songs. Almost a century ago the “mother tree” was used as the local post office, and for decades this site has been an annual stopover point for travellers *Each of our 7 private rooms are spacious suite with large comfortable bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioning! All rooms are set up as self-catering units with private braai facilities and half kitchens (Refrigerator, microwave, kettle).
