All the game rangers at Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve are professional, experienced and friendly, happy to share their knowledge out on the reserve, over a drink in the bar, or while they prepare a delicious barbeque next to the fireplace.
The reserve has 4 of the Big Five game, Elephant, Lion, Rhino and Buffalo, the resident leopard is not often seen - all this amongst a host of plains game including Wildebeest, Giraffe, Eland, Kudu, Zebra and a wide variety of antelope species, also Hippo and Crocodile. There are many smaller animals too such as the Honeybadger and many bird species.
