Situated just off Main Road, in the heart of the lively, affluent Sea Point area of Cape Town, this brand new, modern, spacious double - storey apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Relax in the laid back elegant interior, or soak up the ocean breeze from the balcony. The Apartment and entire Building is equipped with a Generator which makes the Apartment fully Functional during Load Shedding (All appliances, WIFI etc working as if there is no load shedding). The changeover only takes 2 minutes by which you will have a fully operational Apartment. The lift will also be operational. Please note excluded in long term rentals of a month and more: 1- Electricity: Guest to buy own pre-paid electricity 2- Cleaning: Should you wish to have a cleaner, a cleaner can be organized at R 350 for the day, which needs to be paid to them in cash, 24 hour notice needed during office hours.
Area Info
Backing onto Signal Hill, and just a few kilometres from the city centre, is the vibrant, Sea Point.
The Sea Point promenade, which stretches for several kilometres along the Atlantic Ocean, is perhaps Sea Point’s most famous landmark, along with its public swimming pool at the Bantry Bay end. The pool complex at the Pavilion has two children’s pools, a diving pool and an Olympic-sized pool. It is open every day from 9 am to 5 pm.
Main Road is thick with restaurants serving global cuisine – Greek, Italian, and all kinds of Asian – as well as bars, watering holes and shops. It’s a road filled with character and quirkiness.
Getting around
The apartment is situated just off Main Road in Sea Point, and within walking distance from the promenade. The MiCiti bus route runs past the apartments, and Uber is also readily available.
