Bushriver Lodge offers accommodation only 25 km from Hoedspruit on the banks of the Olifant's River in the Limpopo Province. We offer guests self-catering accommodation in luxury units with en-suite bathroom facilities and air-conditioning. We also have a campsite, with both indoor and outdoor shower facilities, a braai/boma area and an outdoor pool. Our Main Lodge, consists of 5 separate en-suite rooms, with private decks overlooking the Olifants River. We have 2 swimming pools that provide a chance to cool off during the hot summer days. Area Info
Hoedspruit is a small tourism and agriculturally orientated town in the central Lowveld just outside the world famous Kruger National Park. Tourism facilities centre around Game Lodges, Safaris and other "Big 5" activities as well as birding, hikes, and exclusive "getaways". It is a growing town full of character and friendly people.
There are a wide range of supermarket type shopping facilities, including Pick 'n Pay as well as Spar in three main shopping areas. There are also a number of specialist shops providing all the essentials associated with game viewing and adventure/outdoor holidays.
