Check-In Time
Guests are welcomed from 14:00 onwards. We ask that you adhere to our check-in times, as entry through the Balule Grietjie Gate is not permitted before 14:00 or after 18:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time to ensure your welcome drinks are ready.
Before Check-In: It is essential that we have your accurate WhatsApp number. We will send you the entry QR code and the PIN location for our private nature reserve a few days prior to your arrival.
Check-Out Time
Guests are expected to check out between 07:30 and 10:00. An additional fee of R350.00 per person is applicable for early check-outs before 07:30.
