Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the check-in process. You will be provided with a key to your private unit, which comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The units feature three-quarter or single beds, or they can be placed together to create king-size or double beds depending on your preferences. Each unit has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath, and basin. The open-plan kitchen and living room area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for self-catering, to prepare your meals at your convenience. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV with DSTV, to relax and watch your favourite shows or movies. For your convenience, each unit also has air conditioning to keep cool during the hot South African summers. Cassiandra Place offers secure undercover parking behind a remote-controlled gate for one vehicle per unit.3 Self-catering units, close to Richards Bay CBD and Netcare The Bay hospital. Centrally situated, ideal for project work, contractors and shutdown workers requiring a longer term stay over. The property has limited lights in the units and outside to enhance safety and WIFI during load-shedding times.
