Paarl proudly bears the title of the third-oldest town in South Africa, being one of the first regions of the Cape to be settled by the Dutch and French Huguenots over 300 years ago.

Even though Paarl has a country feel about it, it is only 55km from Cape Town and within easy reach of all the other major attractions in the Western Cape
Paarl is ideally suited for exploration of the Winelands and the nearby towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek (both 20 minutes drive away). The Cape Peninsula and the seaside towns near Cape Town are easily accessible from us.
