A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave and fridge. An open plan lounge dining room which has folding doors leading onto a large patio overlooking the small boat harbour. There is an open air braai as well as a protected covered braai area. Patio leads down to the garden. Upstairs is a luxury bedroom. Queen size bed, en-suite with bath and shower. Folding doors open onto a patio with views of the sea, harbour and marina. On the same floor is another bedroom with double bed. This is suitable as a family room as the bathroom in the main bedroom must be used. The property sports a beautiful garden with a healthy bird population that feel safe enough to nest. Parking is off-road behind high electric fence gates.
