It’s at Ocean View Drive which, as the name suggests, is all about views of the Atlantic, only interrupted by Robben Island in the distance. Even so, it's smack bang in town, a 5-7 minute walk to all the Green Point shops and restaurants and a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront and a 10-12 minute drive to the stunning white beaches at Camps Bay *Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the party districts at Long Street and Sea Point. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms (out of which three are en-suite) and two additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas. Our home has two sitting areas - one with a little swing next to a real fireplace and another around the TV *Our favourite part is the area outside which has a pool, a sun deck, a patio and a little garden. There are fabulous views of the ocean from most parts of our home. The villa is close to various shops, bars and restaurants in Green Point, and is a short drive from Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and its many beaches *Long Street and the stunning Green Point Park. The villa has a dedicated, secure garage for a mid-size sedan vehicle *By prior arrangement, during certain times of the year, guests may make use of a swimming pool on the adjoining property, where your hosts live. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery.
