Set against the famous 12 Apostles Mountain Range, Elevation Villa is the perfect escape into luxury living. The villa has unparalleled views of Camps Bay beach. All four bedrooms are en suite with bath and shower. There is a state-of-the-art kitchen and a wooden fireplace for chilly winter nights. This is a four-bedroom luxury villa that can accommodate 8 guests and 4 children. The main bedroom consists of a king bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The three other bedrooms each have a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. All the bedrooms have ample cupboard space. One queen bedroom is downstairs. The rest of the three bedrooms are on the upper level with magnificent ocean views. This is a three-level villa that has an open-plan living area, adorned with vinyl flooring, and it includes a wooden fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, including a teppanyaki grill, 2 2-plate induction hobs, 4-plate gas hobs, 2 ovens, a microwave oven, 2 large warmer drawers, and a steaming oven, as well as a coffee machine. The dining room table seats 10. The lounge area includes ample comfy couches with a 65-inch TV with Netflix and DStv. The living area opens out onto a wooden deck with a pool and outdoor seating areas and onto a luscious garden. There is an outdoor BBQ grill and an outdoor shower. The upper level also has a pyjama lounge or a playroom for kids and includes a foosball table, bean bags, and TV. The play area also consists of 4 single beds. This area also includes a workspace with a desk and chair. The house has electric fencing, an alarm system, and outdoor cameras for security. The housekeeper lives on the premises and is available from 08h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday. We can assist with arranging massages, chefs, transport, babysitting, and tours at an extra cost and in advance.

Camps Bay lies just beyond the four beaches of Clifton in an exceptionally beautiful setting amongst the Twelve Apostles and Lion's Head, on the other side of Table Mountain. Camps Bay is home to Camps Bay Beach, Glen Beach, and Bakoven Beach.

The Table Mountain cableway is only minutes away from Camps Bay, over Kloof Nek, as is the city centre with bohemian Long Street, trendy Kloof Street, and many museums and galleries.

The V&A Waterfront is a mere 20 minutes away, where guests can enjoy a variety of activities from shopping and boat cruises to indulging in culinary treats at some of the best restaurants in the country. Visitors can also visit Robben Island, where the late former president Nelson Mandela was held.
