The lounge has a flatscreen TV that is connected to Netflix and the Wi-Fi so that guests can conveniently watch their personal DStv package, and other preferred subscriptions with ease via Google Chromecast. Steps lead to the second level which houses the primary bathroom and 2x bedrooms which both open onto a second patio with breathtaking ocean views. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Guests are treated to glorious views of the coast and the luxury of watching the waves breaking from the comfort of the primary bed. The principal bathroom has a shower, and the second bathroom on the third floor is comprised of a half bath, and a shower room. An expansive balcony on the third floor, overlooks the ocean and houses the property’s main outdoor entertainment and braai/BBQ area. There is also a lovely reading room that offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy a quiet moment out of the sunshine, while still enjoying views overlooking the twinkling blue, warm Indian ocean. Situated on the second floor of a secure and popular complex building, directly opposite Umdloti Beach, this home’s positioning enables it to consume guests with its awe-inspiring coastal views. Guests also have access to the complex’s gated, communal pool area.

Situated in Umdloti, a hugely popular holiday destination, in the heart of KwaZulu Natal’s Dolphin Coast, this seaside unit is a hop skip and jump away from a swimming beach, and a short walk from the local tidal pool and some rather impressive shops, bars and restaurants. All basic amenities like doctors, a pharmacy, and Spar are nearby.

A key point to note is that Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents and large waves. This makes it ideal for little kids, elderly people, and novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean, and some fun in the sun.

Umdloti is a wonderful place that is not too crowded and the locals are super friendly & helpful. The beaches are clean and wonderful for long walks, and the views are magnificent. Be sure to explore the rock pools at low tide!

This charming seaside town is located between Umhlanga and Ballito, at the mouth of the Mdloti River. Umdloti Beach is a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane and indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins, and innumerable bird species.

With Umhlanga’s vibey attractions nearby, Gateway Shopping Centre an 8-minute drive away, 10kms to King Shaka International Airport, and Ballito 15kms further up the North Coast, this oceanfront gem is conveniently situated for those in need of entertainment or a spot of retail therapy.
It's important to mention that there are monkeys in Umdloti so leaving windows open after leaving the property is not recommended. They do not pose a risk provided they are not fed.
