Situated on the 1st floor of a secure and popular complex’s building, its positioning enables this home to consume guests with its awe-inspiring ocean views, while ensuring their privacy. Guests enter into an open concept living area which houses the kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living space leads onto a large balcony outdoor furniture, offering Guests glorious views of the coast and the luxury of enjoying their meals to the sounds of the waves breaking in the background. A fully equipped kitchen offers guests all the conveniences of a well-established home including a coffee machine, washing machine, fridge and all necessary appliances. It opens into the lounge with a lovely countertop for serving meals. The lounge has a flat-screen, Smart TV which is connected to a dedicated fiber line so that guests can conveniently watch their personal DStv package, and other preferred subscriptions. The master bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with single vanity, a shower and a bath. All other rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Situated in Umdloti, a hugely popular holiday destination, in the heart of KwaZulu Natal’s Dolphin Coast, this seaside unit is a hop skip and jump away from a swimming beach, and a few minutes’ walk from the local tidal pool and some rather impressive shops, bars and restaurants. A key point to note is that Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents and large waves. This makes it ideal for little kids, elderly people and novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean, and some fun in the sun.

Umdloti is a wonderful place that is not too crowed and the locals are super friendly & helpful. The beaches are clean and wonderful for long walks, and the views are magnificent. Be sure to explore the rock pools at low tide!

This charming seaside town is located between Umhlanga and Ballito, at the mouth of the Mdloti River. Umdloti Beach is a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane and indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins and innumerable bird species.

With Umhlanga’s vibey attractions nearby, Gateway Shopping Centre an 8-minute drive away, 10kms to King Shaka International Airport, and Ballito 15kms further up the North coast, this oceanfront gem is conveniently situated for those in need of entertainment or a spot of retail therapy.

It's important to mention that there are monkeys in Umdloti so leaving windows open after leaving the property is not recommended. They do not pose a risk provided they are not fed.
