Far Away Place offers gay-owned self-catering cottages, with beautiful views of our dam (DASHY Cottage), & a dam for trout fishing. We adjoin a large pine forest & DASHY, NGUNI & TREEHOUSE Cottages have views of the Karkloof Mountains. Chill. Breathe. Relax in style! Relax in the HAMMOCK CHAIRS which hook up on the patio to enjoy the peace, views & splendour that is NATURE. Both cottages have 2 BRAAIS - a closed one on the patios & another in the garden.

The open plan living areas in NGUNI & DASHY open up onto a stunning patio area that has outdoor patio furniture for you & your guests to enjoy. Both cottages have breathtaking views - you will see why we called it FAR AWAY PLACE for yourself when you visit - it feels far away - but still in the HEART of the MIDLANDS. Enjoy hikes walks, our dams, the forest & views forever down the KARKLOOF valley.
