Halliwell Country Inn
Halliwell Country Inn is a fully serviced boutique hotel in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands popular with corporate, leisure, conference and wedding guests due to its exceptional location, gorgeous surroundings and large oversized rooms each with an open fireplace and patio. Built in the 1830s, this original fortified homestead was once a wagon stopover. The 1 metre thick walls and high ceilings allow the manor house to remain steeped in history while remaining fresh to the modern traveller. The boutique hotel has an exceptional view of the Karkloof Valley. The hotel offers lovely rooms and suites that can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. The units are furnished with king-size beds or a combination of king-size or double beds with single beds. Each of the units has an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails.
