Indigo Blue Beach House and Cottage

Indigo Blue Beach House and Cottage features two units. Indigo Blue Beach House - 9 Sleeper, and Baby Blue Cottage - 2 adults, and there is a small sleeping area available for 2 children aged 8-10 years. Please note that both units are housed on the same property, and can be booked separately. For a breakdown of these two units, please read through the descriptions below. Indigo Blue Beach House - The house sleeps 9 guests as follows; one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 pull-out mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a free-standing bath and hand shower, and one with just a shower. Bedrooms are equipped with down duvets and pure cotton linen, and all have lagoon views. Bath and beach towels are provided. There are two spacious living areas, of which, one is located at the rear of the house and opens onto a wind-protected courtyard with a braai area, as well as a wooden deck overlooking the beach with a hot and cold outdoor shower. There is limited Wi-Fi, but no TV. Indigo Blue is a classic beach house that provides the ideal base for a laid-back holiday. Situated on Sandbaai Beach, the house has its toes in the sand as you can literally walk from the front door out onto the beach. Baby Blue Cottage - is a compact studio cottage equipped with everything a couple or small family needs for a seaside break. Situated on Sandbaai in Langebaan, guests have direct beach access and unimpeded views. There is no WiFi in Baby Blue The cottage offers accommodation for 2 to 4 guests, The cottage comprises twin beds which can be joined to form a king-size bed. Inside the cottage is a small sleeping loft for kids aged around 8 to 10 years. The separate bunk room is situated a couple of metres away from the main cottage, and offers a bunk bed, suitable for teens or adults. There is an en suite toilet and basin. One bed is standard length while the other is slightly shorter at 1,850 centimetre. The cottage is bright and breezy and now includes a hanging cupboard. Curtains and blinds are installed on all door and window openings except for the kitchen area, which faces onto the covered braai area. At the rear, a wind-protected undercover patio and generous barbecue area provide an additional outside room, while a patch of lawn and a mini olive grove offer plenty of space to stretch out. A hot and cold outdoor shower is great for after the beach. Included in the daily rate are a coiple of Fluid sit-on-top kayaks, complete with paddles and adult buoyancy vests.
