*This establishment is situated on a 1 500-hectare private game farm. The guest house is surrounded by a tranquil environment with large trees, green lawns and an abounded of flower beds *This artistic guest house offers visually something different in its exterior and interior. The guest house comprises 5 uniquely decorated rooms named after the 5 elements. The rooms are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities with rusks, fans, down duvets and en-suite bathrooms *The guest house has a communal lounge area with comfortable couches and a TV with selected DStv. A scrumptious breakfast is served every morning in the dining area for only the rooms inside the guest house *Located 10 m from the guest house is a backpacker dorm with 12 bunk beds, 6 are normal-length bunk beds and 6 are 2 m in long bunk beds. The dorm room has a communal kitchen, dining area, lounge and a bathroom. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available for the dorm room guests

Its Anners is situated 35 km northeast of Pretoria and 30 km from Cullinan within the private Leewgedacht Conservancy that borders the southernmost tip of the Dinokeng Game Reserve

The Fire Room has an African feel to it. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower and toilet.

The Air Room has a French feel to it. It is romantic and light. It also has an undertone of Africa, especially the designs in the bathroom. The art works are watercolor flower paintings and pastel drawings by Maxi.
