Jakitas is a residential beach home with an edge, a character home that brings a bit more life and fun to the old. The home boasts a family history of avid travelers dating back to the 1970’s, who enjoy returning the hospitality to others traveling through Africa. Jakitas is a very chilled house where you can simply relax, connect and feel at home.

Ballito is surrounded by sandy beaches and located just 35 minutes from Durban, 20 minutes from Umhlanga, and 18 minutes from King Shaka International airport.
All corners of the town are easily accessed by walking, Uber/taxi or bike. We are located only 800m from the beach, 900m from the nearest shops and restaurants, and 1.2kms from the main shopping centres.
