KAALVOET is a luxury holiday home with a 4-bedroom VILLA on the first floor and 3 en-suite units (Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean) on the ground level. The Villa and units together can accommodate up to 18 people. West Coast National Park is 28 km from the holiday home. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 101 km from Yzerfontein. KAALVOET offers DSTV, free Wi-Fi, braai facilities and parking on the premises. It is situated only 150 meters from the ocean with a beautiful view of the Pearl Bay beach and the green fynbos area adjacent to the house. Do not be surprised if you are entertained by a visit from one of our local ostriches or francolins and if you are lucky, you might even spot a Caracal/Lynx (Rooikat) or one of our local resident owls. Yzerfontein is also well known for its stunning sunsets. LUXURY UNITS: All three units on the ground level (FYNBOS, SEASHELLS and OCEAN) are very spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated and has a view of the Ocean as well as the green Fynbos area adjacent to the house. All the rooms and units are en-suite, has coffee and tea facilities, a microwave, small fridge, toaster etc. as well as a seating area in the room. All three units are next to each other with interleading doors.. When booking all three units, it can accommodate 10 people in total. No breakage deposit is charged for the units. You are requested to please report any breakages and offer to pay for that. A once-off cleaning fee of R250 per unit is applicable. The FYNBOS LUXURY unit is well equipped with all the necessary utilities you will need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, a dining room table seating 4 people and a small sitting area with a fireplace. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and a single sleeper couch ideal for a small child. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. There is an outside braai facing the green Fynbos area, exclusively for the use of Fynbos guests. Booking the adjacent Seashells apartment as well and opening the interleading door between the two apartments, makes it ideal for a family of 4 or or 5 people. SEASHELLS is a very spacious open-plan, luxury suite facing the ocean and has two single beds that can be converted into a super king-size bed. It has a spacious seating area and a private bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with its own kettle, crockery and cutlery, toaster microwave, small fridge and a patio with a table and chairs. A portable braai can be supplied upon request. Please note, it does not have a kitchen basin to do dishes. OCEAN is a luxury suite facing the ocean and a view on the Green Fynbos area. It has a separate bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bunk bed for two children. It has another daybed in the adjacent living area. The living area has ample seating and a table and chairs. It also has a full kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge, kettle, electric frying pan, toaster, egg boiler, crockery and cutlery. It has one bathroom with a shower. You also have your own patio with a table and chairs. A portable braai is supplied. KAALVOET VILLA is the entire top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms. Kaalvoet Villa offers you a very luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated home with uninterrupted views of the ocean, a fynbos green belt adjacent to the house as well as Dassen Island and Table Mountain! The 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 - 10 people: • Bedroom 1: 1 Super King bed and 1 Daybed with a bath and shower • Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds with a shower • Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed with a bath • Bedroom 4: 1 x Super king bed with a shower • 1 Daybed in the living area KAALVOET VILLA is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, ample crockery, cutlery and utensils, a fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The very spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck. A damage deposit of ZAR R2000 is required when booking the Villa. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 5 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A once-off cleaning fee of R800 is applicable.

The house is situated in a residential area with a green fynbos belt on the one side and a beautiful view of the Pearl Bay Beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the deck of the Villa as well as from the downstairs apartments. Guests should please respect the environment at all times. It is only 200 metres from Pearl Bay Beach. Within walking distance you will find SKAFTI where you can dine all day till 20:00 in the evenings. The best fish and seafood in town!
