Founded in 1922, this historical town was once a whaling station but has now been transformed into undoubtedly the busiest holiday destination of the West Coast. It is a mecca for nature-lovers and water sport enthusiasts.
Langebaan is situated along the West Coast region of Western Cape, South Africa. One hours drive from Cape Town, visitors will discover peaceful, open landscapes with beautiful blue waters edged with white sandy beaches.

The tidal mud flats of the lagoon also attract thousands of migrant birds every year. The resident bird species is the striking flamingoes, which are seen here.
