Guests have an option of the homely Main House, the cosy Back Garden Unit, or the double-storey Balcony Unit. All the units are equipped with Android TVs with YouTube streaming. Guests have to use their own login details for other streaming services and regrettably, local channels aren’t available. The 10-sleeper Main House is a rustic, yet homely 60-year old house that has been renovated within a big garden. Three of the rooms are located in the main house, while the fourth room is cordoned off but still under the same roof. The main house rooms are furnished with comfortable king or queen-size beds while the third room has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The rooms share the use of bathrooms with baths and showers. The fourth room is furnished with a king-size bed, a TV and a small kitchenette. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The large open–plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, tea and coffee facilities, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table and the lounge has a TV. Please, if using the fireplace, use the protection shield to cover the entire area. Also, the gas heater is not to be used close to furniture to avoid damaging them. The cosy 4-sleeper Back Garden Unit has access to a sunny garden with a small braai and sitting area. Located on the first floor, the bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Downstairs, the lounge area converts to the second bedroom offers a small double sleeper couch and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, washing machine and a dining area. The 6-sleeper double-storey Balcony Unit is a sunny, unique living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a TV. An area just off the main room contains a small sleeper couch and guests will need to walk through the main bedroom which is separated only by a bedroom door. The room off the main bedroom is open to the stairway and only separated from the bathroom by a door. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower overhead and shower only. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, washer-dryer combo and tea and coffee facilities. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The unit has an open-air balcony on the first floor and a covered outdoor sitting area downstairs. Parking at Lovely House with Big Garden Parktown North is shared and so is the driveway. There is a double gate entrance coming onto the property from the street and should be closed at all times. Two parking spaces are available for the Main House, while the Back Garden Unit and the Balcony Unit each have parking for a vehicle.
