The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and kettle. The dining area features a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The comfy lounge contains a flat-screen TV. Outside, there is a patio with seating. A communal covered picnic lapa area with braai facilities and outdoor dining furniture is available. Guests can also make use of the swimming pool. Farm Tours can be arranged at a fee to keep the kids entertained, and they can enjoy interaction with farm animals such as goats, sheep, chicken, geese, ducks, and boerboel dogs. They can also feed the animals and do egg picking.

Rayton is a small historic town next to Cullinan, only 30 min drive from Pretoria via the N4 Highway. Close to Cullinan, Silver Lakes, Bronkhorstspurit, schools, shops and all amenities and easy access to N4 Witbank highway.
