Mac Mac Forest Retreat
The resort used to be a forestry station and bears silently the testimony and witness of ancient history. The view of Mauchberg, the tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and being a central base to explore the popular Escarpment area and Kruger National Park, became known with time. The accommodation and camping is becoming more and more popular. Mac Mac Forest Retreat is undergoing constant upgrading. Mac Mac have grown into a retreat where you go to, to get away from the busyness, that is demanded of us. The accommodation at Mac Mac Forest Retreat includes self-catering Safari tents and camping sites, where you bring your own tent and rest. This retreat is purely bringing you back to basics of life, and getting to appreciate the value of spending quality time with your family once again. All things will come and ago, but family is a gift. The owners Mrs Dorijn & Mr Deon Verwey welcomes you here at Mac Mac.
