Magalies River Country Retreat
Magalies River Country retreat delivers unforgettable stays. The property is situated right next door to the famous Bill Haropp's Balloon Safari launch site. There are many things to do in the area such as mountain biking just remember to bring along your own bike, Dirt biking, and Bird watching just to name a few. The most important activity is taking a ride in one of the beautiful colourful hot-air balloons. The Property has 8 cottages and 5 furnished self-catering tentes ranging from 2 to 5 sleepers and has all the necessary amenities you require to enjoy the stay. The property has a swimming pool, an outdoor fireplace, a picnic area as well as a communal kitchen for all guests to use.

Skeerpoort is a village 24 km south of Brits and 32 km northeast of Hekpoort, about 7 km southwest of the Hartebeespoort Dam, in eastern North West province, South Africa. The small and discontinuous village is set among orchards and agricultural lands.
