Clarens is known as the JEWEL of the Eastern Freestate. This small village strive to be the CLEANEST & GREENEST town in the Free State and we are proud of the recycling facilities that we are busy implementing.
Clarens is a farming and art community surrounded by beautiful nature and interesting rock formations made of sandstone. Clarens offers tourists many outdoor and nature-inspired activities.
