Medindi Manor
We have a range of 15 luxury, superior and budget rooms. Our rooms are well-equipped (including free wireless internet, satellite TV and mini-bars) and offer excellent value for money. Our luxury rooms are of grand proportions, and each has been lavishly decorated with unique, careful selections of furniture and art. Guests who favour superior or standard rooms need not compromise on the serene elegance of the Medindi experience, as all our rooms are individually styled and offer a blend of traditional and modern comfort. Most of our rooms open directly onto our large, well-tended garden, or onto a wrap-around verandah on which guests can enjoy their breakfast or a relaxing drink at sunset.
Area Info
Medindi's central, upmarket location at the intersection of the Rondebosch, Rosebank and Mowbray in the quiet and green southern suburbs of Cape Town makes it the ideal place from which to base your business trip or vacation. Our accommodation is near the University of Cape Town (only 3km away), and near the Cape Town airport (only a 10min drive). With easy access to all major freeways, we are also only a short drive away from Cape Town's central business district, industrial areas and all major tourist attractions.

Our 2 luxury rooms are both upstairs in the manor house and are by far our most spacious, superbly appointed, and most sought-after rooms. They both have super-kingsize beds, Victorian bath and shower and balcony access.
Superior rooms

Max Adults: 2
The superior rooms have either super-kingsize or extra-length queensize beds. All rooms have free WiFi, en-suite bathrooms, TV's with DSTV, study table and safes. We have 3 rooms in the Manor house and 1 in the gardens.
Budget Room

This lovely room is facing the Manor house and open up in to our beautiful gardens. The room has either queen size extra length bed, study table and chair, tv with satelite, mini bar fridge and en-suite bathroom.
Medindi Self Catering Cottage
Guests: 3
Medindi cottage has a super-kingsize bed and it is air-conditioned. It can be converted to a triple, or a quad-room, if required. Medindi cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, (so you can prepare your own meals) and an en-suite bathroom (with bath/shower)
