Nova Constantia Boutique Residence
Nova Constantia Boutique Residence is a 5 Star luxury boutique hotel found in the heart of Constantia, Cape Town's own vineyard. Each of the suites & villas has been individually decorated to be unique and modern. All our spacious rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and large en-suite bathrooms. Most have terraces or balconies with varied views, which include the wine farms, Constantiaberg mountain range, Elephants Eye, Constantia Nek and the back of Table Mountain.
Area Info
Constantia is a well-known wine region in Cape Town. Constantia is 25 mins from the centre of town and 45 mins away from Cape Point.
Beaches are a mere 20-minute drive too. The area is spoilt with famous wine estates of Constantia Uitsig, Buitenwachting, Klein Constantia, Groot Constantia, Steenberg and Eagles Nest.
We also have some of the best South African cuisines in the Constantia area. It caters for all tastes, from 5 Star Cuisine, to Sushi, Pizza etc. You are able to go horse riding in the region, wine tasting, hiking, shopping and much much more.

Our Premier Suites are large with comfortable sitting areas and spacious en-suite bathrooms, with a large bath and double shower. The interconnecting balcony carries a Jacuzzi which can be either shared or screened off.

Our spacious Suites are situated on the ground floor. Each room is equipped with a fireplace which is great for those cold winter days. Both have comfortable sitting areas, kitchenettes, dressing rooms and spacious en-suite bathrooms.
Deluxe Suites

These unique Suites are found on the first floor, overlooking the pool or tennis court towards False Bay. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom, with a large bath, shower, double vanity and separate toilet.
Standard Suite

This is the smaller of our Suites but still spacious with en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet, dressing room, mini bar, snack & hot station. A large shared terrace with great views is available.

This is a large family room with two bedrooms separated by folding screens and is en-suite. The central living area has a gas fireplace, TV and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen corner (full size fridge, oven/hob, dishwasher)
