But even Hunters, Backpackers, Birdwatchers, Fishermen and Businessmen are finding Platjan a very welcome break-away destination We are a hotspot for birdwatchers boasting kingfishers, the fish eagle and the very rare Pels fish owl, and occasionaly the ground hornbill.
