Redberry Farm

The farm house at Redberry Farm is situated in a lush private garden and is the perfect stop for families visiting the Garden Route. The two-bedroom country cottage sleeps a family of four and has a spacious dining area and lounge, with a kitchenette, bathroom, separate toilet and outdoor patio to braai and enjoy the outdoors. The house has old world charm, constructed in the early 1900s, with additions made to extend and modernise the building whilst keeping the original structure intact. Redberry Farm is conveniently situated only a mere 4km from the George airport, 3km from Fancourt and 10km from the centre of town - close to restaurants, golf courses, forest and beach. As Redberry Farm is a popular tourist attraction, there is much to enjoy on the farm including a variety of children’s activities, the largest permanent hedge maze in the Southern Hemisphere, a farm stall and various eateries, available from Mondays to Saturdays.

Redberry Farm is a commercial strawberry grower and popular tourist attraction, situated in George in the Garden Route.

Our accommodation cottage is over 120 years old and was built by C.J. Langenhovens family, who originally lived in it. Additions have been made to extend and modernise the building, but the original structure is still intact, with the thick walls and the Fishermans cottage shape.
