The farmhouse is in a stunning remote setting, overlooking a dam (make sure your toddlers can swim), farming valley and mountain range. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 are in the property (main en-suite, the 2 other guest rooms share a bathroom). The fourth bedroom has an outside entrance and has bunk-beds, for the noisy teenagers). High clearance vehicle recommended but if you drive very carefully you can reach with normal car. If you prefer, Kobus can take you through and you can leave your car at Orange grove. Electricity supply enough for lights and all basic necessities. If long period of cloudy weather it might be interrupted. No high power appliances can be used. Gasgeysers for hot showers and lots of wood for fireplace
