Located on a mountain top with stunning views of the valley and ocean, with a wood fired hot tub and operating completely off the grid. Completely secluded and right on the beach, we have “The Beach Cottage” and “The Log House”. The Log House offers breathtaking sea views even from your bed. The house has 3 very spacious bedrooms each with an open plan en-suite bathroom, also operating completely off the grid. Probably as close to the beach as you can get, you’ll find our “Pearly Beach Bungalows” – rustic, small and on the older side. These tiny houses built more than 50 years ago, offer an authentic experience of Pearly Beach, with direct access to the beach were kids can play and swim right in front of the bungalows. If luxury is what you’re looking for, the hidden gem that is Romansbaai Beach & Fynbos Estate is the crème de la crème! All our Romansbaai properties are newly built with luxurious finishes and stylish interior. The estate is located just outside of Gansbaai, offering guests access to a private beach as well as free roaming wildlife in the estate. “Kingfisher Villa” is one of our Romansbaai properties, nestled privately between the Fynbos flowers, only 300meters from the turquoise blue beach. For guests planning a large get together with friends and family, we have a few larger properties sleeping anything from 10 to 30 guests! "The White House," located in Pearly Beach is a spacious holiday home sleeping 30 people with multiple entertainment options such as a splash pool, dart board, 3 braai areas, pool table, and wi-fi. In Gansbaai, we have another massively spacious house located right on the beach, sleeping more than 20 people, named “Primespot”. This is a rustic beach house, nothing fancy but everything you need to celebrate a special occasion with friends, while being located in a quiet and remote neighborhood. Popular features of this house include the ideal fishing spots right in front of the house, as well as the wood fired hot tub, pool table, large indoor braai, trampoline and multiple living room areas. This house also operates completely off the grid. If you’re looking for large accommodation while being more centrally located, "Mooizicht", in Franskraal just outside of Gansbaai, sleeping 12 people, is a spacious house with 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Offering sea views and an inverter for load shedding. For guests simply looking for an easy going and comfortable beach house, we also have a variety of options, one of which is "Eagle's Nest" in De Kelders. Offering a large open plan living room with a braai area, bar area, kitchen and sea views. Located in a safe neighborhood and close to the beach. Each property is designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the natural beauty that the Western Cape and Overberg region has to offer.

Pearly Beach:
Pearly Beach, less than 20 km from Gansbaai, is famed for its pristine, seemingly endless sandy shores. This remote coastal hamlet offers wild beauty, tranquility, and uncultivated landscapes, with rocky outcrops giving way to pure sand. It's an idyllic destination for long walks and solitude. The village is a prime spot for whale watching, and it's close to the Danger Point Peninsula, known for Southern Right Whales and Great White Sharks. Offshore, Dyer Island hosts African Penguins and Cape fur seals, making it a hub for shark cage diving. Pearly Beach is surrounded by fynbos and abundant wildlife, offering nature enthusiasts a peaceful retreat.

Gaansbaai:
Nestled between Hermanus and Pearly Beach, the unassuming village of Gansbaai boasts a significant reputation. It is famous for being a prime location to witness Southern Right Whales and Great White Sharks in the Atlantic waters of the Danger Point Peninsula. Geyser Island, home to numerous Cape fur seals, and Dyer Island, a breeding ground for African penguins and seabirds, are close by. The passage between these islands, known as 'shark alley,' attracts Great White Sharks, making shark cage diving a popular activity. Gansbaai is also part of a whale sanctuary, where Southern Right Whales can be seen up close during their annual visits.
