Please note excluded: Aircons as well as the geyser, the big equipment cannot connect on the inverter. Please note excluded in long term rentals of a month and more: 1- Electricity: Guest to buy own pre-paid electricity 2- Cleaning: Should you wish to have a cleaner, a cleaner can be organized at R 350 for the day, which needs to be paid to them in cash, 24 hour notice needed during office hours.
