Has its own entrance /French doors opening onto the veranda. The bedroom is equipped for self-catering, a bar fridge, etc. All units feature 40-inch TV / DSTV channels. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and the veranda. Barbecue facility on the sundeck/ entertainment area. Relax in the JUMBO Jacuzzi in the garden. Free remote control secure garage parking. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area opposite the Green Point Stadium / 1 kilometer from V & A Waterfront ~ The area is safe to walk. The guesthouse is close to all amenities. The guesthouse has security ~ 24/7 outside CCTV camera surveillance. BREAKFASTS: A Hot Breakfast is an added extra and can be ordered the night before at R165 per person.
