Each room is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, wooden floors, TV with OpenView and Netflix, a desk, closet, bar fridge, microwave oven and coffee/tea facilities. In addition, guests have the option to network and watch their favourite DStv Compact channels in the common lounge and to make their own favourite meals in the shared kitchen with stove and oven. They also have the option to order-in meals using Uber Eats, Mr. Delivery or Bolt Food. There is a decent-sized backyard with braai facilities for those who like relaxing outdoors. Families travelling with kids will love the park across the road, which has outdoor exercise facilities and a seating area.

Glenhaven is a small, peaceful, safe and friendly low-density suburb to the south of Bellville. It is centrally located and is in close proximity to most industrial areas, universities, hospitals, shopping malls and major highways. The area is pretty much safe. There are only 2 entry points into the suburb, both from the Peter Barlow Road.
