Stoneybrooke Farm

Stoneybrooke Farm is located on a 220-hectare working farm in the lovely Tierpoort area in Pretoria East, out in the country, complete with cows, geese, chickens and ducks. It is within walking distance of the Pienaars River. This part of Pretoria East with its bushveld atmosphere is the ideal if you are in desperate need of peace for your soul and rest for the body, as is often the case with city life, you will truly enjoy the accommodation on this farm. There are fully furnished houses and cottages to choose from which have private braai facilities, stoeps with awesome views and fully enclosed gardens. The houses and cottages have en-suite bathrooms, open-plan kitchens, lounges and dining rooms and comfy beds decked in percale linen for maximum comfort. Basic necessities such as tea towels, dish cloths, sunlight liquid, cooking oil, basic spices, tea, coffee, towels and facecloths are provided. Your four-legged children are also welcome. The only sounds guests will hear are bird-song, the lowing of cattle and the honking of geese. While relaxing on your stoep you will experience inspiring views of the mountains, awesome sunsets, cattle, birds and geese. The geese love to be fed by kiddies visiting the farm. If you value family time, Stoneybrooke is the ideal location to spend quality time with loved ones and its surroundings are perfect for illustrating to your children farm life in general, and more importantly show them the true value of spending time together without interruption and the busy city life. For those who have not yet ventured into parenthood or those whose nests are now empty, this is the perfect place and way to truly sit back and relax, read a book and spend time with that special person. To add to all of this you will be welcomed by your beautiful hosts, Bev and Ray, who will go out of their way to make your stay special and something to remember. Bev is also the chef and prepares the most delicious meals served piping hot at your dwelling.
