The Bay House is the ideal holiday home for a large group of family or friends. Sleeping 12 in 6 bedrooms, this house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The sparkling blue 10 m swimming pool calls for fabulous summer days swimming and relaxing around the pool. The open-plan living areas ensure you have stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and on to the back of Table Mountain. The house is equipped with a Chef's kitchen for those wishing to have their lunches and/or dinners catered. The main kitchen for every day use is well equipped with a gas hob, built-in oven and microwave, fridge-freezer as well as a dishwasher. Two dining rooms and two lounges ensure there is ample space for everyone to relax. The outdoor pool (10m x 4m) area is the ideal place to lounge in the sun or have a BBQ, either gas or wood, and there is a pizza oven as well. An outdoor dining table can be enjoyed for those beautiful summer days when having a BBQ alongside the pool. With a gate leading directly to the beach, guests can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beachfront in front of the property. The most recent addition to the property is the stunning sunset deck which ensures you have a 360-degree view over the bay.

Kommetjie is about a 50 to 60 minute car ride from Cape Town International Airport and a 45 to 50 minute drive from Cape Town City centre. Kommetjie is in the South Peninsula of Cape Town and therefore you will need a car to get around as there is no public transport. Kommetjie is well known for one of the best surfing spots, Longbeach, which is a short walk away. Kommetjie is one of the best villages to spend a family holiday soaking up the sun and enjoying the beach.
