The Croft

Sophisticated, self-catering, solar stay. 4 cottages nestled in our flowery gardens. Hear the birds sing in the morning and the frogs call at night in our eco-friendly, up-cycled and uniquely designed self-catering cottages. Time to relax and take it slow. Our Hilton hideaway is your home from home. Our property is 14500m² and is set in the lush vegetation of Hilton village. We have 2 rescue donkeys, 14 free range chickens and 1 Nigerian Dwarf goat along with our 5 dogs. All the cottages have full self catering kitchens and have their own BBQ areas set in our beautiful gardens.

Hilton is a small town that lies on the brow of the escarpment above Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The area has an exceptional eco-climate that allows almost anything to grow. Hilton is 10 minutes from the city of Piertermaritzburg and Oribi Airport and approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from King Shaka Airport (Durban). Hilton is in the heart of the Midlands Meander.
