The Royal Junction
The Royal Junction is nestled in the charming town of Riebeek-Kasteel, offering beautifully decorated accommodations with brand-new modern amenities. We're set up with solar systems, gas geysers for hot water and a borehole system plumbed to the house to ensure a continuous water supply. The accommodation offers units ranging from two-sleepers to three-sleepers. Each bedroom is fitted with a luxurious king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with either a shower or a combination of a shower and a bath, along with a toilet and a wash basin. The units are equipped with either a kitchenette or a full kitchen. Standard amenities include a stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Units with full kitchens also feature an oven for added convenience. Some of the units also feature a comfortable sitting area with couches and a smart TV with streaming services. Each unit includes braai facilities on the balcony, terrace, or patio, complete with outdoor dining furniture for an enjoyable alfresco experience. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for added convenience.

Lying in the heart of the Riebeek Valley on the slopes of the Kasteelberg (Castle Mountain), Riebeek Kasteel is an easy 75-kilometre drive along the N7 from Cape Town in the heart of the Swartland Region.
The town's name is a traditional mixture of Jan van Riebeeck and the Kasteelberg that stands firm amongst olive groves, vineyards, wheat fields and sunshine virtually the whole year round.
It is believed to be one of the oldest villages in South Africa and indeed, one could easily mistake the town and its accompanying valley for one set amid the Tuscan hills of Italy, bathed as it invariably is in sunshine, particularly as it is almost equally as famous for its olives and Shiraz red wines.
