theLAB Franschhoek offers twelve spacious and modern rooms on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Experience the latest home automation technology in your room and operate the lights, music, blinds and shower using your voice. Breakfast is served either on the long kitchen table or on the patio. There is an extensive deck with fabulous mountain views where you can relax on one of the loungers surrounding the swimming pool. Room 2 and Room 9 are wheelchair friendly. Room 1,6,7,8,11 & 12 have completely separate bathrooms whilst the remaining rooms are open plan with a glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom. Children over the age of 12 welcome and pay full rate.

The main street of Franschhoek, Huguenot Road, is a 10 minute walk through tree-lined streets from the guest house.
