The house runs off rain tanks with a triple reverse osmosis filtration system on the main drinking spout. There is also an UPS backup system in case of power outages and Wi-Fi on all levels. The geysers are run on solar panels. The home has 2 kitchens, one in the lower entertainment area where you will find the atrium and the fourth bedroom, which flows out onto the pool deck. The second main kitchen and living and dining area is on the middle level, this leads onto 2 different deck areas, one consisting of a beautiful stone braai and seated area, leading off a fully equipped imported kitchen, a chef's dream. This floor also holds a guest toilet, scullery and a garage and laundry area. The home is fully equipped with multiple ovens, multiple Induction hobs, multiple fridges and freezers, dishwasher, and an ice machine. The upper level consists of three bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and balcony areas, surpassing forest and mountain views, these are all light and airy comfortable spaces. You will also find two desk/workstation areas on the upper level. The middle floor, main living area, and the main bedroom upstairs are installed with combustion fireplaces to keep the temperature comfortable for cozy winter nights.
