The Solo is a secure ultra-modern residential complex, situated at 182 Oxford Road, Illovo, Johannesburg. Nestled between Rosebank and Sandton, and close to Gautrain stations and bus stops, The Solo offers you urban living at its best. Accommodation is offered in two tastefully decorated apartments, one that sleeps 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each room, and one that sleeps 3 guests and has 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a three-quarter bed in the rooms. Each apartment has a full bathroom with a bath and a shower, as well as a guest toilet. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with an L-shaped couch and a Smart TV. Free, super fast, uncapped fibre Wi-Fi is available. Netflix and DSTV paid for by The Solo. The Solo building offers guests a gym and fitness area, a guest lounge with ceiling fans and co-working desk spaces, an in-house grocery store and deli, and a coffee bar. Free secure parking is available, however, this needs to be arranged beforehand.
