Timeless Knysna is a modern, contemporary masterpiece where design, positioning, and functionality take precedence. The first level of the house features a wet lounge and a unique bar made from quality veneer panels harvested from the bark of the Etimoe tree. The bar includes a basin and a fridge, all designed with functionality in mind. This area leads to a 200 sqm terraced wooden deck with awe-inspiring views, housing a stone fireplace/braai and a pool surrounded by indigenous trees, providing perfect privacy. Carefully placed lighting on the wooden terraced stairs enhances the experience of a relaxing evening, braaiing, or swimming during sunset. The house comprises three bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom and ceiling fans. Two of these bedrooms open onto a stunning octagon swimming pool surrounded by a 200 sqm wooden garapa deck. These identical bedrooms are furnished with queen extra-length beds and private patios, separated by bespoke private screens and chairs for moments of tranquillity. The third en-suite bedroom features two extra-length 3/4 beds. The upstairs 100 sqm main living/lounge/kitchen area with granite kitchen counters has a perfect flow between each space and a commanding 360-degree view over the Knysna Estuary with stack-back doors for the perfect indoor/outdoor living space. Here, you can unwind with sundowners, put your feet up, and enjoy the sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen features top-end appliances, making it a chef's delight.
