Vryburg is the seat of the industrial and agricultural heartland of the district in the Bophirima region of the North West Province in South Africa. This town is situated on the N14 national road and halfway between Kimberley and Mafikeng. This town is the country’s largest producer of beef and important crops grown in the area are maize and peanuts. The rugged surroundings in the area make for great outdoor activities. Most of the residents speak Afrikaans, a derivative of Dutch but you should have no problem communicating with them in English.
